Product design
Workday brought me in to define and shape the product, starting from a business idea. I helped the Business Analyst define the users of the product and how they would interact with each other. Then defined our product requirements to build custom dashboards.
On a custom dashboard, you could link Business Intelligence data with Workday data and build dashboards that would be useful for different business functions, like People Analytics.
In addition to building out a new product framework, I created artifacts that helped us all agree on the same meanings, allowing us to uncover different viewpoints earlier in the process.

As we were in the process of building the platform, we quickly realized that users required bi-directional handles to easily drag and drop visualizations around the page. To address this need, I extended the existing design system by creating these functional handles, improving the overall user experience.
Chase for Business connected commerce
In 2022, I led the Product Design Team in Offers and Shopping at JPMorgan Chase. Through analysis of metrics, I proposed a new tab structure that increased engagement of the product by 400%. Additionally, I managed our design files to create components in Figma. This improved the efficiency of our team and allowed for a faster release cycle.
