Increase User Engagement
In the Offers and Shopping division of JP Morgan Chase, I enhanced a product that helps merchants monitor and promote their businesses to the bank's customers. My leadership in this project resulted in a 400% increase in user engagement in 2022.

Examine the Competitive Market and Frame Research
Through competitive market research, I created a map to identify gaps and opportunities that could enhance the product and improve the customer experience. This map helped researchers frame their inquiries into the product space.

Creation of Efficient Delivery Files
I introduced a library of subcomponents tailored to our line of business. This method helped us reuse components and produce efficient delivery files for our developers. These sub-libraries improved our workflow and supported an object-oriented design, which helped maintain consistent standards and practices within our team.

Design System Alignment
I introduced a tab structure that allowed our customers to access insights into their business. Additionally, I guided the development team to incorporate the design system and ensure alignment with Chase Business Banking.

Increased Engagement of Customers
Changes went live in October of 2022 and we saw a 400% increase in user engagement!
