When Valimail approached me, the Chief Marketing Officer claimed that he knew the business very well, but was having trouble getting potential clients to read pages of written content that explained the business. He wanted a solution that would communicate his words in a pictorial form.

Telling the story of valimail took several iterations, but the heart of our discovery work came out of the initial meeting I facilitated with the CMO. The pictures helped clarify the company’s message and impacted the brand message for their upcoming website redesign.
